Sprint / Nextel is offering discounted service to all active Credit Union members. Here's how you can get started:

- 10% off the MRC (monthly recurring charge) of any eligible Sprint Calling Plan.
- 10% off the MRC (monthly recurring charge) of any eligible Nextel Calling Plan.
Submitting an order takes just a few minutes over the phone. A representative will help you choose the plan that's right for you and will answer all of your questions.
- Once the order has been credit approved, Sprint will ship your new phone directly to your house via UPS overnight service for $12 or UPS 2-3day service for $10.
- A $36 activation fee may apply for new activations, and an $18 upgrade fee may apply for upgrade orders.
- Unless you are porting your number over from another carrier, the phone is already activated. Simply charge the battery overnight.
- Once your device has been delivered, you will receive a welcome call from Sprint to confirm your information. If you miss this call, your first outbound call will route directly to the Sprint Welcome Call Center for confirmation. These calls will take roughly 4 minutes and will not use any of your minutes.
- Your free accessories are shipped via regular mail, which normally arrive a few days after the phone.
To activate your connection card:
Your connection card should arrive unlocked – if it does arrive locked, the unlock code will be the last 4 digits of the wireless phone number associated with the connection card.
For Current Sprint Nextel Accounts
If you already have Sprint or Nextel service and would like to receive the 10% discount, here's what you need to do:
- Fill out the online form or
- Call (Sprint) 1-866-853-4931. You will need to provide customer service with the discount code MCUWS_ZZZ.
